The Alien Higgs-3 is a highly integrated UHF RFID tag IC featuring 800-bit memory in a single-chip design. Compliant with EPC global Class 1 Gen 2 specifications, the Higgs-3 delivers state-of-the-art performance across a wide range of RFID applications.

Operating in the 800-960 MHz frequency range, the Higgs-3 UHF card includes a 64-bit TID for enhanced identification and tracking capabilities. This versatile RFID chip is widely used in parking cards, supply chain management, distribution logistics, product authentication, asset inventory tracking, baggage handling, and item-level tagging.
