【Features】The Fudan FM4442 RFID chip features 256 x 8 bits of EEPROM main memory and a 32-bit protection memory with PROM functionality. The main memory is designed for byte-by-byte erasure and writing, providing flexible data management. The first 32 bytes of memory can be irreversibly protected from data changes by writing the corresponding protection bit in the protection memory. Each protection bit is linked to its data byte in the main memory. Once written, the protection bit cannot be erased, ensuring secure and permanent data protection (PROM functionality).
