The AT24C04/08/16 series offers 4096, 8192, or 16384 bits of serial EEPROM memory, organized into 512, 1024, or 2048 words of 8 bits each. This electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) is optimized for low-power and low-voltage operations, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.
