Over View:

The Topaz 512 Card is a contactless memory powered by an externally transmitted radio wave. It contains a 512-byte user EEPROM fabricated with Innovision CMOS technology. The memory is organized as 16 blocks of 32 bits. The ST SRI512 works on 13.56MHz and is compatible with ISO14443 A and ISO18092. Topaz 512 is a widely used NFC Card used to make NFC business cards, NFC Advertising cards, Public Transportation cards, Loyalty cards, etc.
